ORBIT is a private, invite-only portal provided by DYNAMOHOLE S.R.L. for use by authorised representatives of DYNAMOHOLE and of its suppliers and freight forwarders.

  1. Access. Accounts are issued by invitation. Keep your credentials and two-factor authentication secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.
  2. Acceptable use. Use the portal only for the legitimate business between your company and DYNAMOHOLE. Do not attempt to access data belonging to other companies, probe or circumvent security, or upload unlawful content.
  3. Data. Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Notice.
  4. Availability. The portal is provided “as is”. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
  5. Commercial relationship. Pricing, orders and obligations between your company and DYNAMOHOLE are governed by your separate commercial agreements; these terms cover only use of the portal.
  6. Termination. We may suspend access that breaches these terms, or upon ending the business relationship.
  7. Governing law. Italian law; the courts of Milan have jurisdiction.
